STORY
Husband and Wife, Joe and Sha, alongside their two sons migrated to the U.S. in 2002 with hopes of the American Dream. The American Dream, though promising, came with its own set of challenges and a whirlwind of a fast-paced lifestyle. Both Joe and Sha worked full-time jobs and couldn't spend much time with their kids, which meant Joe didn’t have time to and opted for fast foods. Although, they enjoyed life the most when they ate food they loved, together as a family.

They chose to embark on a new journey of entrepreneurship and opened their doors in 2008. Their decision to forge this familial partnership became the catalyst for transforming what was once a struggling store into a haven for the local and Filipino community.

Chef Joe, lovingly taught by his mother and aunties, set out to weave the family recipes and its flavors into a culinary narrative. His creations weren’t merely dishes; they were chapters that spoke of tradition, family, and an unwavering dedication to serve. It’s about extending an invitation to the community to experience the warmth, hospitality, and flavors that define the Filipino essence.
